UPLOAD_TOKEN as file uploads and payment stats. For ticket
replies, set ADMIN_TICKET_TOKEN in the staff field (matches server env).

If UPLOAD_TOKEN is set, paste it here. If it is unset, admin routes are
loopback-only: open this panel from the same machine as the server (e.g.
127.0.0.1) and click Continue with an empty field.
Lot files are not public URLs: use Download (same UPLOAD_TOKEN as the rest of
this panel). Delete removes the lot from the database, all bids and auction state for that lot, and tries
to remove the uploaded .txt from disk. This cannot be undone.
